Delivery

When you place an order, you will always receive a confirmation email with the order number. If you do not receive this, the order has not been completed.

We have two rates for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

1) For orders under 12 bottles you pay €8.95 in shipping costs for the Netherlands. Delivery Belgium and Germany: €11.95

2) For orders over 12 bottles you pay €6.95 in shipping costs for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We have long offered free shipping over 12 bottles, but due to the high costs of packaging and shipping we had to abandon this.

After placing and paying for your order before 12:00, the wine will be shipped immediately and delivery will take place within 1 to 2 days. We are dependent on our carriers. But you will be kept well informed with track and trace.

Delivery Belgium and Germany is usually within 48 hours. Most other European countries 3-5 days. We do not deliver outside Europe.

Delivery
Our packages are delivered by carrier DHL and Fedex. You will receive an email one day before delivery, with the track & trace data so you can follow the shipment. On the day of delivery, you can check in the data in the morning at what time your order will be delivered.
If you would like your order to be delivered faster or on a different/specific day, please contact us or mention it with your order.

If ordered before 12:00, the following delivery times apply.
