Teperberg Impression Chardonnay
The grapes for this Chardonnay are harvested at night and pressed in the morning when it is still cool. After the first fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 4 to 6 months. A fresh, rich wine with a hint of vanilla, but full of fresh fruit and a deliciously long finish.

Scaia garganega / chardonnay
The winery Tenuta Sant-Antonio Scaia has made a great name for itself in Italy. Beautiful complex wines with lots of aroma and taste. This white Scaia is a combination of Garganega, Chardonnay and Trebbiano grapes. The wine has an intense scent of acacia, jasmine and orange. The taste is soft, full and has a nice bitterness in the aftertaste.
The winery is located northeast of Verona. Since 1989, the four Castagnedi brothers have been working on the production of beautiful wines. With 48 hectares, they have a large estate with chalky hills. The different grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel vats without oxygen. This modern method ensures a fresh wine.
Delicious as an aperitif and with fish dishes.
J. Lohr Riverstone Arroyo Seco Monterey Chardonnay
From vineyards in Arroyo Seco and Monerey County California. A rich, full, but fresh wine with aromas of ripe citrus, apple, nectarine, honey, vanilla and toast.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious with lobster with avocado mousse, moules marinières, oven-baked chicken or stewed chicken with lemon, olives and capers.
CLIMATE & TERROIR: A climate with warm summers and fairly mild winters. The grapes come from vineyards in Arroyo Seco and Monterey County. The soil consists of sandy loam and pebbles.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation takes place in barriques. More than 50% undergoes malolactic fermentation. The wine then matures for 7 to 9 months in new and used French, Hungarian and American oak barriques.

wel even lucht geven en niet al te koud drinken. heerlijk bij de dis of tapas, maar voor zomaar ook heerlijk.
Kan bij bijna alles, maar is los ook erg lekker. (en met een zak chips -hoe oneerbieding - ook zo op) ;-)
Wel even een beetje lucht geven (goede decateren - kan een beetje droesem hebben), deze wijn is in het begin wat verlegen, maar met een beetje aanmoediging een echte gangmaker.
