Tenuta Sant’Antonio Scaia Paradiso Rosso 2019

Ruby red wine with purple reflections and aromas of morello cherries, blueberries, candied red fruit and spices such as black pepper, licorice, cocoa and tobacco. The taste is full, soft and warm with a velvety structure.

Serve at 14 to 16 degrees Celsius with pasta or risotto with truffle, mushrooms and meat-based sauces, with grilled red or pork and with mature cheeses.
