Scaia garganega / Chardonnay 2023

The Tenuta Sant-Antonio Scaia winery has now made a big name in Italy. Beautiful complex wines with a lot of aroma and taste. This white Scaia is a combination of Garganega, Chardonnay and Trebbiano grapes. The wine has an intense scent of acacia, jasmine and orange. The taste is soft, full and has a nice bitter aftertaste.

The winery is located northeast of Verona. Since 1989, the four Castagnedi brothers have been working on the production of beautiful wines. With 48 hectares they have a large estate with calcareous hills. The different grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel cuves without the addition of oxygen. This modern way ensures a fresh wine.

Delicious as an aperitif and with fish dishes.
