Recipe: Croft Pink Port Summer Spritz
- 60 ml Croft Pink Port
- 90 ml tonic water (or sparkling water for a lighter version)
- 2 slices of lime
- 4 fresh raspberries
- 4 fresh strawberries, chopped
- Ice cubes
- Sprig of fresh mint
- Fill a large wine glass generously with ice cubes.
- Add the Croft Pink Port.
- Place the strawberries and raspberries in the glass.
- Add the tonic water.
- Stir everything briefly with a bar spoon.
- Garnish with lime slices and a sprig of mint.
Serve immediately, perhaps with a cheerful straw or a colorful cocktail stick for a summery look.
